Fixing "autoheader: warning: missing template: HAVE_…"?

Hello,

I wonder about messages from a command like the following
on my openSUSE system.

***@Sonne:~/Projekte/CUPS/Probe> autoreconf --install
autoheader: warning: missing template: CUPS_BINDIR
autoheader: Use AC_DEFINE([CUPS_BINDIR], [], [Description])
…
autoheader: warning: missing template: HAVE_XPC_PRIVATE_H
autoreconf: /usr/bin/autoheader failed with exit status: 1
